Pabhosha Jain Tirth - Uttar Pradesh

Location : 65 Kilometers away form Allahabad

This temple of sixth Teerthankar Shri Padmaprabhu ji Bhagwan is located about 80 Kilometers from Allahabad. Sri Padmaprabhuji, according to Digambar faith, took his Diksha and attained Kewal Gyan at this place. The statue of the temple is believed to be very ancient, belonging to B. C. era and it was found by a priest in a deep well. This place was earlier, known as Kaushambi.

This is a Klayanak Kshetra where Bhagwan Padamprabhu had penance and Gyan. The Pilgrimage is on a hill top having only 200 steps. The main idol of Bhagwan Padamprabhu is transcendental. Residential facilities are available on the foot hill where two temples are existing.
