Jain Tirth - Bh. Adinath

Location : 136 Kilometers Away From Jaipur On Delhi-Ahmedabad Rail Route.
Ajmer is sn ancient, historical and political centeras well as culster of Hindu, Jain and Muslim culture. There are 25 temples out of which following are worth seeing :-
1. Siddhakoot Chaityalaya : This word fame temple is called "Soniji-ki-Nashiya" built in the 19th century. The outer of the temple building is made of red stone, whereas the inner one of pure white marble stone. This temple is dedicated to Bhagwan Adinath. The main idol was got placed in the year 1865 by Seth Moolchand Soni. 83 feet high Manasthamb is most artistic, can rarely be seen elsewhere in India. On the back of the temple in a splendid double storied hail, Charming wooden gilt representation of Jain mythology can be seen. Models of Ayodhya, Sumeru Parvat, Terah Dweep etc. have been shown. It is said, 400 Kg gold was used in the creation of these Rishabheo. Not only Indians but foreign tourists also visit this place.
2. Bada Dhara Temple : In this temple 84 stone idols found from 'Dhai Din Ka Zonpada' are placed. One idol existing in the basement is transcendental and people worship for the fulfilment of their coveted desires.
3. Seemandhar Jinalaya : This temple was established in the year 1984 on the second floor of 'Bal Bhawan' By Luhadia family where a splendid self-study hall is existing. In the famous Jain scholar, Sadasukh Granthamala is Publishing literature on all the four anuyogas of Jainism from here.

Hindu Temples, out of which temple of Lord Brahma-The Lord of creation is worth mentionable. One Jain temple is on the bank of Puskar lake.
Gyanodaya Tirth : 10 Kilometers away from Ajmer, on a hill. It is a multipurpose Kshetra. At this place, number of temples viz. Trimurti, Nandishwar, Sahastrakoot, Trikal Chowbisi temples are proposed. In addition to above. Manasthamba, Santshala, School, Aushadhalaya, Dharamshala and old age home will be established. This Pilgrimage has come into existence due to blessings of 108 Muni Sudha Sagarji, disciple of Acharya Vidya Sagarji in the Year 1994.
