Pushpa Giri Jain Tirth - Bh. Parshwanath

Dewas, Madhya Pradesh

Indore Bhopal National Highway, Sonkatch, Dewas, Madhya Pradesh-455118

It was an imagination of Acharya Pushpadant - Sagarji Maharaj to build a Jain shrine in central India but now a reality with auspices and inspiration of Acharya Tarun Sagarji Maharaj. Located near Songach Village about 5 Kilometers from Indore, Bhopal high way, natural in a truly peaceful ambience of Songiri Hills, the 250 acres complex houses Jain Sthanaks, School, Hospital, Museum Staying cottages, shopping centers and above all, a 108 feel tall idol of Bhagwan Paraswanath an Yogic (Padmasan) posture. This would be one of tallest Jain idols surpassing even (57' height)? Bhagwan Bahubalil idol at Seavan Belgola Karnataka.

A public school is run with free food for children from K. G. to Class 4th under auspices of Shri Ashok Kr. Jain. A large shopping center is under construction and a hospital with free treatment camps is run by Digambar Jain treatment society Indore. Already under operation a museum housing ancient treasure and Jain idols is constructed as well. A typical Pyramid Shape Upasaras for Jain Sadhus & Sadhvis would be another attraction unseen elsewhere so far.

A lust green ambience and cottages for visitors are under construction all of which perhaps destined to enlighten visitors, the Jain philosophy of Satya Ahinsa, Samta, Sambhav & Jivdaya.
