Jain Tirth - Bh. Adeshwar
History of Deesa Jain Teerth : According to history the Deesa Jain temple is believed to date back to the thirteenth century of the Vikram Samvat Era. In the year 1878 the temple was reinstalled after its renovation. It is said that when Acharyashri Hiravjayji propitiated the Surimantra he dreamt of the presiding deity of the temple, Shri Adeshwar Bhagwan. The Lord blessed him in his dreams and told that a great king will be awakened by him. The king would help him in spreading the Jain religion in different parts of the world. The great king was Emperor Ashok.
