Location : 145 Kilometers from Delhi By Railway
Mathura, is Sangam (union) of Jaina, Buddha and Hindu religions is a holy place for all the above three sects. The last Kevali of the present era - Shri Jambuswami got atonement from the cycle of birth and death of 84 lac nucleus in the age of 84 years from this place. Due to this it is called - Chowrasi. It is the same place where horrible calamity occurred on Mahamuni Viduchar and his 500 ascetics while they were in meditation.
Mythologically important precious ancient articles were found here from Kankali Teela which are now placed in the local museum.

Legend : There is a very interesting story of new temple constructed on the old place of Chowrasi. Once while Hunda Seth of Deeg (Rajasthan) was sleeping he saw a dream-somebody was saying to him - on a particular place there is ascetic conduct marks of Kevali Jambuswami dig it and bring it out. In the morning while doing so at that particular place ascetic conduct marks were found. A temple was constructed and an idol of Bhagwan ajitnath was placed. There are eight temples in Mathura & Vrindawan area.
Aavas : Residential facilities are available in both the places at Mathura and Chowrasi.
