Versatile  Hindi  Poet

Contemporary of Pt. Dault Ram, Ajayraj Patni was a versatile senior Hindi poet of the time. His 20 small compositions so far traceable on various subjects written in lucid language are Adinath Puja, Kakka Battisi, Charkha Chaupai, Char Mitron Ki Katha, Chaubis Tirthankar Stuti, Jin Geet, Jinji Ki Rasoi, Namokar Sidhi, Nandishwar Puja, Neminath Charitra, Panch Meru Puja, Paraswanath Ji La Saleha, Balya Varnan, Bis Tirthankaron Ki Kaimal, Shivramani Vivah and Viniti.

He lived at Amer. His compositions include description of this town, its natural scenes, palace and Jain temple and the rule of Sawai Jai Singh. Besides composing on religious matters, in Jinji Ki Rasoi he has written on cooking delicious foods.
