Born 1929 at Jodhpur. Passed B.Com., LLM, Sahitya Ratna. Appointed District Judge In 1970 and worked on the post for 8 years. Appointed Judge of the Raj. High Court in 1978. Appointed as Chief Justice of Raj. High Court Retired in the year 1989. He was the Chairman of Jain Commission of Enquiry for Corruption. Address: 92, Section Seven, P. H. Road, Jodhpur.
