His Holiness Acharya Shri Durlabhasagar Surishvarji Maharaj (1974-2054) of tranquil nature and oceanic affection, the disciple of His Holiness Pannyas Shri Mahodayasagarji Maharaj Saheb, the disciple of His Holiness peaceful Acharya Shri Kirtisagar Surishvarji Maharaj Saheb, disciple of His Holiness yoga-devoted Acharya Shrimad Buddhisagar surishvarji Maharaj Saheb of Shri Svetambar Jain Murtipujah tradition of the tapagachchha (the Tapas sect), was a very auspicious, naturally tolerant and dominating Acharya of the Jain dispensation. With his pious blessings, a majestic Jain temple is being established opposite the Chandakheda Railway Station (near Ahmedabad) and the great tirth (holy place) of Shri Samet Shikharji, is being set up on the Adalaj highway.
