Namo Arihantanam : I bow to those living beings who have reached enlightenment by overcoming inner weaknesses, who have attained infinite knowledge, vision, bliss, and power and showed us the path which brings an end to the cycle of birth and death.
Namo Siddhanam : I bow to those who have attained the state of perfection and immortality by liberating themselves of all karma.
Namo Airiyanam : I bow to those living beings who practice before preaching right knowledge, right perception, and right conduct.
Namo Uvajjhayanam : I bow to those living beings that understand the true nature of the soul and teach the importance of the spiritual life over the material life.
Namo Loe Savva Sahunam : I bow to all the living beings who strictly follow the five great vows of conduct and inspire us to live a simple life.

The great secret of human body is that it is made of 600 Billions cells (Koshikayes), and the nature of cell Koshikayes in human body are exact in numbers to the total object available in universe. It is to note that in case these cells are spread in one line it can encircle entire globe. In this scenario each and every man / woman is vital "God And Goddess"on earth necessarily having inception unique dazzling godly physique within its constitution This concept of totality of the human body is re-affirmed as, every cell of human body consists of two parts, that is : Nabhik - Kendrik (nucleus) and Citoplazm. The characteristics of each is as follows:
Nabhik - Kendrik (nucleus). The nucleus part in atom of human body is 90% in each atom. This ninety eight percent nucleus part of the atom is upper portion of each atom. It is empty like sky and it has brilliance and light of seven major planets and plenty of stars. The spiritualism recognizes this nucleus part as "Chetan"and source of "Clairvoyantic Happiness" discussed below.
Citoplazm: The lower part of each atom known as "cytoplasm" consists of four basic elements namely: earth, water, fire, air. In the perpetual law of nature, these four elements regularly change their constitution and always awfully active, busy in genetic process to keep earth evergreen. The interactions of this element can be clearly visualized in lower part of each atom.
It is great mystery that cytoplasm part of atom of our body that is of course only 10 %, but it it is deeply involved in genetic process having the base of sex, affection, vision, voice and touch and mobility. It is matter of great mystery that Jain myth categories each and every creature of earth in proportionate to the availably of cytoplasm part in their respective constitution "Ek Inderi Jiva, Two Inderi Jiva, Trey Indri Jiva Char Inderi Jiva And Panch Inderiya Jeeva classification is based on the basis of cytoplasm part.

It is matter of great pride that as long as 5000 years ago Indian clairvoyant Bhagwan Mahabira and their legend developed and practiced a unique knowledge to attain super happiness without any materialistic involvement. The said knowledge is well known "Veetragta' And Ahinsa Pramo Dharma" along with mantra Namkokar Mantra to illuminate nucleus part of human constitution.
