1. Ahimsa Foundation invites all advertisements on this portal.

2. Pictures and visuals can also be placed along with advertisement matter.

3. Advertisement matter once placed on the portal shall remain there for a
period of three months .

4. Advertisement will have to be renewed after three months.

5. Advertisement matter can be modified once in three months.

6. Ahimsa Foundation shall not be responsible for an advertisement matter which
may directly or indirectly may cause any damage or loss to any person,
organization or institution.

7. Advertisement matter can be modified, edited and
deleted at the sole discretion of Ahimsa Foundation
and it's Trustees.

8. The Trustees of Ahimsa Foundation reserve the rights to deny and refuse any
advertisement.

9. If there is any dispute between Ahimsa Foundation and it's Trustees on
    one side and any other party with reference to the advertisements the matter
   will be referred   arbitration as per the Arbitration Act of India. The jurisdiction
   for any proceedings shall only be New Delhi.

10. Advertisements can be sent through e-mail, fax , by post or through hand
delivery.

13. The Advertisement shall be placed on web-portal for display a early as
possible. after the receipt of matter.

14. Ahimsa Foundation shall not be responsible for any errors in the
advertisement matter due to the typing faults or any other errors.
